Stoford Developments submits All Saints scheme plan

Plans for a six-storey office building at the All Saints scheme in West Bromwich have been put forward by Stoford Developments.

The Birmingham-based developer has teamed up with local urban regeneration company RegenCo, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and Advantage West Midlands in submitting the detailed planning application for the multi-million-pound scheme.

The project is part of a wider regeneration of West Bromwich town centre. All Saints at the junction of the A41 Expressway and Cronehills Linkway is a £75 million flagship scheme.

The entire brownfield-site scheme is awaiting the outcome of an outline planning application submitted by Stoford that is expected in early 2009.

The Grade A accommodation has been designed by Glenn Howells Architects.
