Perth, Australia: A 21-year-old man ended up in intensive care in Murdoch following a bar room stunt in which he put on a helmet connected to a beer jug, with a hose that ran between the jug and a pump powered by an electric drill.The idea was to allow him to drink a large quantity of beer without having to constantly lift up his glass or having to constantly swallow but the flow was so powerful that he had to be rushed to the hospital with a 10-centimetre tear in his stomach.

St Petersburg, USA: Drunken labourer David Watney was arrested after he walked into a Largo bank, took off his trousers and underwear in the toilet, walked into the lobby and fell asleep naked on a couch.Watney, 53, was arrested on charges of burglary and exposure of sexual organs after the incident at the Republic Bank in the Largo Mall.Police reports said he entered the bank about 3:15 pm and went to the men's restroom.

While inside, he removed all his clothes apart from his shoes and socks. He then walked out into the lobby, where he stood in front of a wall and exposed himself to everyone in the bank.Watney then went into a private kitchen area and lay on a couch, where he passed out naked.When police tried to awake him, he said: 'This is the bar. Go away.'Watney is due in court later this year.

Washington, USA: Cuitlahvac Renteria-Martinez, 26, was arrested for jumping into an idling tipper truck outside a construction site and driving off. But the lorry had a global positioning system that made it easy to track Renteria-Martinez, and he was quickly arrested.He later admitted to police that he had taken a swig out of what he thought was the driver's coffee mug but learned too late that it was actually the driver's tobacco spittoon.
