Luton Borough Council has tendered for business and management consultancy services on the Luton Building Schools for the Future programme.
The consultancy contract will last for 15 years from the award of the contract.
The project is worth around £360 million, in several phases.
It will cover primary schools, extended schools and services accommodation.
Requests for participation must be in by 10 January 2008 and invitations to tender will be sent on 23 January 2008.
