Ai SOLUTIONS has released CDM Toolkit 2000 - software to assist with the control and management of the Construction (Design and Management) 1994 regulations.
This release contains a maintenance management module which has been built around the Building Centre Trust's combined Heath and Safety File and Maintenance Manual. The software can now provide guidance through the whole process of risk assessment, notification and preparation of the pre-tender plan, construction phase plan, health and safety file and maintenance management.
Ai has designed the package so that companies can buy versions of Toolkit 2000 that only contain the parts they need.
For example, CDM Toolkit has tools for producing the Construction Phase Plan, risk assessments and method statements.
A series of 'Contractors' forms can be drawn up to allow the contractor or its subcontractors to monitor a site's health and safety levels. A 'KnowledgeBase' feature contains information on site policy for setting up the required paperwork for health and safety procedures.
A range of software licences is available depending on the number and type of uses.
