Totty checks out with £4.5m retail scheme

Totty Construction has netted a £4.5 million retail development in Manchester for Spey Properties.
Work will cover construction of a single-storey, steel framed building at a major crossroads on the Mancunian Way, a key route into the city centre.

The building will house a new 1,860 sq m PC World shop and a car park. Construction starts in August with completion due by the end of April 2006.

Architect for the scheme is London-based Chetwood Associates.
