TOWER OF LONDON: A planning application was submitted last week for a revamp of King's Reach Tower on the banks of the Thames.Make, the architectural practice set up in 2003 by Swiss Re tower guru Ken Shuttleworth, has designed the scheme that will see the tower reclad and extended by four floors once it is vacated by IPC in 2007.
