Steel fixers Pat Rooney and Mark Byron of Heyrod Construction work on the basement ramp level for the new BT Tower near Leeds station at Number One Sovereign Street. Ballast has a £12.8 million contract to construct the shell of the sixstorey building, which started in January and is due for completion next May.
