Trio shortlisted


West Berkshire Council has shortlisted three developers for the redevelopment of Newbury town centre. Slough Estates, ING Real Estate and a joint venture between Shearer Property Group and Standard Life are battling for the mixed-use Park Way scheme, valued at over £100 million.

Bids are due back in November.
