Tulloch Homes to build Highland property

Tulloch Homes Group has made an investment of more than £30 million in acquiring new land.

The move will help the Inverness firm build another 500 homes in the Highlands over the next eight to ten years.

The £30 million investment is at:

  • North Kessock, where Tulloch Homes is planning to build 103 homes

  • Parks Farm, near Inverness, with scope for 310 homes

  • Fortrose, in front of Fortrose Academy with 109 homes

Group chairman David Sutherland said Tulloch Homes was also in advanced negotiations for new land acquisition in the Central Belt of Scotland.
