Irish union Siptu is planning to ballot 800 builders who work for Turkish construction firm Gama for strike action over claims it is paying employees less than the minimum wage. Construction secretary Eric Fleming said around 400 workers in Dublin would be balloted first with a decision whether to ballot taken by the weekend.
