Twin deaths

A 53-year old member of the public died on Sunday after six days in hospital after falling 4.8 m through a skylight after using a ladder to access a roof during a site clearance for a housing development at Whiteside Farm in West Lothian, Scotland.A Polish worker was crushed to death by a concrete slab at Telstar House, in Paddington, central London last Monday.He was working on the demolition of a 12-storey tower block for client Derwent Valley.
