Twin towers

Plans to build a £60 million mixed-use waterside tower block in Leicester have been submitted to the city council. Two towers, one 26 storeys high and the other 20, will be built next to the River Soar. Designed by Ian Simpson Architects, the scheme will be called No.1 Westbridge and will include apartments, shops, bars and restaurants.
