Just two teams are left in the running for a £25 million deal for new headquarters for the Scottish Agricultural Science Agency on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Sources close to the deal believe SASA has weeded out bids from HBG and Laing O'Rourke, leaving Balfour Beatty and Sir Robert McAlpine to vie for the spoils.A final decision is expected within a fortnight.
