Union snub


Plant giant CNH has rejected its striking US factory workers' offer to return to work, saying that the terms are unacceptable. CNH has told the UAW union that it will continue running its factories in Racine and Burlington using temporary workers and management until the two parties agree terms.The UAW represents around 650 employees at CNH.
