Wallingford green win

HR WALLINGFORD has won a contract to prepare a sustainable material study for the Environment Agency.

The research specialist will concentrate on materials used during the construction of coastal and flood defence structures.

Five types of protection methods will be covered by the study, which will expand current best practice advice.

The sustainable materials for flood and coastal defence study will be aimed at helping out contractors, builders and local authorities.
