Waste fine

Deery Construction director Kevin Deery has been hit with fines and costs of £27,000 after pleading guilty to keeping waste without a licence. Highgate magistrates heard how Deery stored 16,000 cu m of waste - the equivalent of six Olympic sized swimming pools - without a licence at the company's site in Tottenham, north London.
