Waterman remains healthy

Consultant Waterman has said it expects to post a strong set of results for the year ending June 2008.

The firm said invoicing was up 29 per cent for the first nine months of the year and added that it will improve margins by 10 per cent over last year.

In an interim management statement, Waterman added that it had not been affected by the slump in property and said: “Demand for our services is in robust health and our performance has not been affected by the current backdrop of uncertainty in the financial markets.”

The firm said it had increased staff numbers 14 per cent to just over 2,000 in the 11 months since last June.
