MaP IT (Mature Professionals into IT) has extended the scope of courses on offer to construction and engineering professionals aged 40 and over. The scheme, which is financed by the European Social Fund, can now provide CADCAM courses. Individuals or firms with less than 250 people will receive half the costs of the course, and top-up cash may be available from a person's local Training and Enterprise Council or Business Link.
