A £100 million project to regenerate a Dorset Ferry Terminal is expected to be offered to joint venture developers Urban Catalyst Carillion this week.The Weymouth Ferry Terminal scheme involves building a mixed-use development that will completely modernise the quayside area, providing a 1,200 seat theatre, apartments, shops and a hotel. Construction is not expected to start until 2007.
