Willmott Dixon bags £23m housing trio

Willmott Dixon has snapped up three housing deals worth a combined £23 million.

The largest is a £13 million contract to carry out the second phase of the St Hughes estate regeneration scheme in High Wycombe for London Quadrant Beacon Housing Association.

Work will include building 127 affordable homes, a retail unit and a community centre. Completion is due in spring 2007.

Construction of a £6.6 million 60 unit care home in Newbury, Berkshire for A2 Home Ownership makes up the second project. The development will include 24 shared ownership flats and a social club.

The third is a £3 million job to build 27 homes in Harrow, Middlesex for the Home Group.
