Wind-up call

NEWS - IN BRIEF

A petition to wind up two Norfolk scaffolding firms was presented to the High Court by trade and industry secretary Alan Johnson last week. The petition followed a probe by the DTI's companies investigation branch after King's Lynnbased ATR Scaffolding and A to Z Scaffolding went into administration. A hearing at the High Court is scheduled for March 8.
