Woolwich pathfinder plans submitted

Plans for a £45 million pathfinder scheme to build civic offices in Woolwich, south east London for the London Borough of Greenwich have been submitted for detailed planning consent.
The new civic quarter for Woolwich will provide community facilities including a reception, public library, local services and business centre as well as a community gallery.

The 20,500 sq m offices designed by HLM Architects will be part of an ambitious master plan to regenerate the town centre site in Woolwich.

Proposals for the overall development include a large mixed-use development including a Tesco store and 900 new homes.
