Housing group seeks jv partner in £88m contract

A housing group in the north west is looking for a contractor to enter into a 10-year £88 million joint venture.

Calico Homes Ltd is looking to set up a joint venture company with a contractor to carry out investment, maintenance and development works for both Calico and other clients. The contract is estimated to be worth between £48m and £88m over 10 years.
