London fire and police bodies advertise £100m framework

A group of public bodies in London have advertised a £100m framework for building maintenance.

The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority, Greater London Authority, London Legacy Development Corporation and Transport for London are seeking contractors for the deal worth £40m to £100m.

The framework covers general building works, locksmith call-out services, maintenance of communication masts, flag poles and gym equipment.

The framework will last at least three years with possibility of extensions.
