Lovell bags £10m Notting Hill housing maintenance contract

Notting Hill Housing has appointed Lovell Respond to deliver reactive maintenance works to part of its portfolio of properties across London, a contract worth £10 million.

The five-year contract will see Lovell provide 24-hour repairs to 8,000 leasehold, market rent, temporary housing and supported housing properties.

Lovell Respond managing director Simon Medler said: “London is a key area for us, and we are thrilled to have been appointed by Notting Hill Housing to work on such a vast portfolio of homes. Local residents are of paramount importance to us, and we will be working closely with the local community throughout the works.”

Lovell Respond provides repair and maintenance services for more than100,000 homes across the UK.
