Established in 1983, Maghull Construction forms part of Liverpool’s Maghull Group, alongside its development and investment arms.
The firm has delivered in excess of £250 million of construction value, specialising in the restoration of Grade II listed structures and working as the main contractor to Maghull Developments.
Most recently, the firm has been working on the final phase of PGA residential golf academy, Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa.
The business is active across the North West of England, scooping a Built In Quality award from Manchester City Council in recognition of the conversion of three Grade II listed mills into luxury residential scheme, The Met Apartments.
Tony Martin, managing director of Maghull Construction, said: “As a unified voice for construction, the National Federation of Builders’ lobbying in Westminster and Brussels has made them a key ally over the years. Knowing that our views are being represented where it matters is a big reassurance.”
The National Federation of Builders represents over 1,500 builders and contractors across England and Wales. In addition to providing specialist advice and business services, the Federation, with a network of eight regional offices, lobbies local, national and European government on a range of issues to sustain positive trading conditions for members. Eight members of the National Federation of Builders are featured on the Top 100 league table, demonstrating how the National Federation of Builders can be a real partner for growth.
