Limitless project in Pakistan will not go ahead

Dubai-based Limitless will not build the multi-billion-dollar real estate project it planned to develop on the outskirts of Karachi in Pakistan.

Known as Karachi Waterfront the project had not progressed beyond a memorandum of understanding that was signed between Limitless and the government of Pakistan in 2006. “As a global developer, we explore many potential opportunities. Some will fit our global strategy, some will not. Karachi Waterfront never progressed beyond the MoU stage,” says a Limitless spokesperson.
