Morgan Sindall wins £7m primary school deal

Morgan Sindall has won a £7.1 million primary school contract in Wembley through the Improvement and Efficiency South East framework.

The firm will create a two-storey extension at Sudbury Primary School under a £7.1 million deal for Brent Council.

Temporary classrooms will be removed to make way for the extension, which will include a sports hall, a music room, a sensory room, a nursery and a library on the ground floor. The first floor will accommodate learning spaces for drama, ICT and science, as well as a staff room.

Work is due to be completed in September 2011.
