Bids invited for spot on £4bn ProCure 21+ framework

The Department of Health has given contractors just over a month to bid for places on the £4 billion ProCure 21+ framework.

It issued an OJEU notice over the weekend for the six-year framework, through which it expects to spend up to £750 million per year on construction projects.

The deadline for bids for places on the new framework is midday on 9 July. ProCure 21+ will replace the existing ProCure 21 framework from September 2010.

It is understood that 15 contractors will be shortlisted for the framework, with a maximum of 12 spaces available on the framework.
