NG Bailey wins £26.5m Aberdeen hospital contract

NG Bailey has won a £26.5 million contract for work on an emergency care centre at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

NG Bailey will deliver Mechanical and Electrical and information communication technology services for the centre, over the two and a half year contract for Robertson Construction Group.

It will design, install and commission all of the M&E services, including making around 400 multi-service corridor modules and 10 mechanical and electrical risers as well as rooftop & basement plant modules.

NG Bailey will start delivering the main project work later this year with completion scheduled for September 2012.

Aberdeen Royal Infirmary is on a 125 acre site at Foresterhill to the North-west of the city. It is the largest hospital within NHS Grampian.
