Berkeley Homes' agrees Potters Field deal

Berkeley Homes’ plans to develop at Potters Field in South East London have moved a step closer after the developer agreed a joint venture with the London Borough of Southwark.

The council agreed to the formation of the partnership, called One Tower Bridge Partnership, to push forward plans to build 400 homes, shops and other commercial facilities at the derelict site next to Tower Bridge as part of the development agreement.

Berkeley Homes has submitted a planning application.
