Galliford Try, Keepmoat and Willmott Dixon win £100m housing framework

Social enterprise and charity Home Group has named the firms, along with seven other companies, to deliver 1,100 new home builds over the next four years.

The other companies winning work are Drew Smith Group, EG Carter & Co Ltd, ISG Jackson Ltd, Lakehouse Contracts Ltd, Mulalley & Company Ltd, Rydon construction, and T & A Kernoghan.

The firms have beaten 80 other companies to win places on Home Group’s southern region development contractors’ framework. Home Group has a turnover of £304m.

The work will include new build and refurbishing on social housing developments in London, the South East, South West and the Midlands.

Home Group director of development Ian Tallentire said: “Each of the companies impressed us with their submissions and we are looking forward to working with them.”
