Circle has appointed Kier Services to deliver two contracts worth more than £200m to deliver repairs and maintenance services across its Central and Eastern regions.
The contracts will run for a period of five years, with the potential to be extended for a further five.
Kier will deliver planned and cyclical maintenance work six registered providers in the two regions.

The contracts are part of Circle’s plan to transform the way repairs are carried out across all its homes.
They are the largest of their kind and forecast to save £100m over the course of 10 years.
