Sanctuary seeks £120m specialist partners

Sanctuary Housing Group is seeking specialist firms for its regional and national works worth up to £120m.

The contract will run for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 12 based on performance KPIs.

It is estimated to be worth between £16m and £120m, covering supply and installation of doors, windows, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as roofing, drainage, groundwork, carpentry and brickwork, among other specialist trades.

Sanctuary, which operates properties and offices throughout England and Scotland, is seeking contractors throughout the regions, with a maximum of 50 contractors winning places.

Potential suppliers can express interest in either a national contract or for specific regions, and for all or one specific disciplines.

The firm provides housing, care, supported living and property management services, managing more than 95,000 units of accommodation throughout the UK.
