Seddon wins place on £40m Staffordshire framework

The Stoke-on-Trent based construction firm has been appointed to a four-year construction framework agreement by Staffordshire County Council

Projects on the framework include schools, sports facilities, care homes, as well as extensions and refurbishment projects for existing buildings.

The framework, to which other firms have been appointed, will run until 2016. Seddon’s first project awarded through the framework is a £4m new-build project to deliver Christchurch Primary School in Burton-on-Trent.

Seddon Construction managing director Jonathan Seddon said: “We have a long-standing working relationship with Staffordshire County Council and are delighted to be continuing that positive relationship through our selection to this construction framework.”
