Manchester-based social housing regeneration group Procure Plus is looking for suppliers for a framework worth a potential £300 million.

Procure Plus (PP), which is a social housing regeneration consortium based in the North West of England, is looking to enter into a framework with a supplier to provide a range of goods and materials for responsive repairs, maintenance and occasional planned works to social housing.

PP said it has formed the Re:allies alliance with Lancashire Housing Partnership, Cumbria Housing Partners, Procure Plus Associates and Efficiency North.

It lists a host of firms it already works with, including Mansell, Kier, Breyer, Mears, Mitie and Wates. Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 14 March 2013.
