Trox Academy introduces new training format

Incorporates technical meetings into courses

The Trox Academy has introduced technical meetings into training courses following feedback from trainees.

Trainers at the Trox centre in Norfolk have focused on a range of topics over the past 12 months such as developments in design and installations, which it says gives engineers an insight into new areas, particularly carbon-saving technologies.

Trox says the technical nature of the meetings appeals to a broad base of professionals from graduate engineers to managing partners..

Its two training dates on 25 and 26 March were fully booked as a result of a the technical information provided, and a waiting list is developing for May.

Terry Farthing, head of Trox Academy, said more dates were being added.

The Trox Academy has had more than 700 delegates attend one-day training sessions at its technical centre in Thetford, Norfolk.

The centre comprises a large training room and a network of three laboratories and three test cells, with another three viewing or demonstration areas.
