Graham has won the £25m phase two design-and-build contract for a new commercial building in Kensal Rise, west London.
The Gramophone Works, a 20th century former headquarters of a record company, is being developed to make way for up to 85,000 sq ft of office space.
Phase one of the redevelopment, which has completed, features 20,000 sq ft of office space, a communal terrace and four outside terraces.
As part of the second phase, Graham will deliver an additional 65,000 sq ft of contemporary workspace across five floors, with some of the upper offices having access to 6,500 sq ft of rooftop access space. There will also be a shared reception and event space, canal side café, and cycle hub with 130 spaces.
Graham London office director Rob Joyce said: “Our aim is to create a modern, fit-for-purpose facility that offers a real ‘London Village’ community feel.”
The scheme is aiming to achieve BREEAM Very Good certification, a statement from the company said.
The work is due to take just over two years.
The site was formerly the HQ of Saga Records.
