Senior management reshuffle at Network Rail continues

Network Rail Infrastructure Projects Southern regional director Nick Elliott has been named managing director of the organisation’s national supply chain.

Mr Elliott willl be replaced by Scotland and North-east counterpart Roger Dickinson in a move that was confirmed to Network Rail staff last Thursday.

Network Rail confirmed that a replacement for Mr Dickinson had not been announced yet.

Network Rail finance and commercial director David McLoughlin is also understood to be leaving his role; however, Network Rail declined to comment on this.

The moves follow the announcements this month of high-profile exits of Sir David Higgins and Simon Kirby from Network Rail to High Speed 2.
