How did you get into the industry?

Directly from university into employment with international firm.

What is the best thing about construction?

Being able, if you want to, to be part of contributing to significant projects anywhere in the world.

If you could change one thing about the industry what would it be?

The contractual envelopment of the industry which has frustrated progress and added costs.

How should we encourage young people to join the industry?

Offer better courses with more vocational practical skills that have real appeal to the young and real-life uses.
