New joint MD at KW Linfoot

The developer of Leeds tallest tower has restructured its senior management team.
KW Linfoot, which with Carillion is building the 171m 54 storey Lumiere tower scheme near Leeds station, has promoted current development director Richard Dean to joint managing director alongside existing MD Michael Luscombe.
David Waddington and Ged Feeley have also been promoted to the board of directors as Sales and Marketing Director and Commercial Director respectively.
Joining the business is Richard Bland as the new Finance Director and Ged Simmonds as Development Director.
Mr Simmonds was previously Development Director at Bovis Lend Lease for seven years where most recently he supervised the day to day management of the £200 million state of the art regional oncology centre at St James’s Hospital in Leeds.
Linfoot also has plans for a key worker village in Leeds, an as-yet-unknown project in London and its Manyoo scheme of four residential towers at Salford Quays. Manchester.
