ISG has won a substantial London fit-out contract on the 280,000 sq ft St Botolph Building in Shoreditch for an international insurance firm.
ISG is set to fast-track the programme, completing the job in 34 weeks.
Jardine Lloyd Thomson, which also provides employee benefits, is engaging the contractor after a previous ISG job on the first and second floors of the building won awards.
The move to the St Botolph Building is part of a strategic review by JLT to consolidate four London offices and some 1,800 staff into one central location. The broker will take nine floors at the property, as well as the basement and roof space.
The scheme will incorporate open-plan office accommodation, client-facing executive spaces, as well as a large dining area and catering facility.
ISG Fit-out managing director Paul Cossell commented: “Securing a contract win of this scale and prestige is an excellent result for the business and underlines our delivery credentials at the highest levels of the commercial office market.
“We are particularly pleased to be returning to St Botolph Building to once again showcase our capabilities.”
