Apollo wins £25m Ipswich housing deal

Apollo has secured a £25 million deal to carry out planned refurbishment work on houses owned by Ipswich Borough Council.

The four-year contract was secured shortly after a five-year deal was signed with Cambridge City Council.

Midlands regional director Dan Germann said:  “Our business across East Anglia and the wider Midlands region is going from strength to strength, and we look forward to working with Ipswich Borough Council on this project.”

He added: “We are also pleased to have this opportunity to bring potential employment opportunities to a new area, and to invest our time and skills in the local community.”
