- Specialist Operations Base – relocation and amalgamation of two existing facilities into a single, operationally prime site for the south of the force
- Collaborative Indoor Firearms Training Facility – replacing operationally inadequate facilities in ASP, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire with a single training facility.
A contract notice is expected to be published on 19 May and the authority is planning to hold an open day for prospective bidders on 1 June.
