Kier and John Graham were the only two firms to secure places across all three construction value bands.

The new framework is available for clients to use now and framework lead Joanna Chomeniuk said projects are already lined up to be procured through it.
Manchester City Council and other local authorities in the North-west are expected to be the main users of the framework.
The framework will run for three years with the possibility of it being extended to four.
This is the third iteration of the framework in nine years, with the last one running from 2015 with a value of £1bn.
