Bids invited for £184m South-east housing repairs job

Paragon Community Housing Group is inviting contractors to bid for an asset management contract worth up to £184 million.

The 10 year contract consists of four lots covering responsive and void repairs, gas servicing and breakdown repairs, a decent homes and component replacement programme, and a cyclical decorating programme.

The work is to be carried out on 10,700 units across locations in London and the South-east including Elmbridge, Richmond, Kingston, Mole Valley, Hounslow, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Spelthorne, and Woking.

Between six and eight firms will be invited to tender. Deadline for pre-qualification questionnaires is 5 October.
