Bids invited for £32m housing repairs framework

Plus Dane Housing Group is inviting bids for a £32 million framework for repair and maintenance work across its own housing stock and that of other social housing groups.

The four year framework is divided into two lots, each with five operators, covering planned and responsive maintenance.

Responsive work to be carried out includes building works, servicing and repairs to heating systems, and repairs to empty properties.

Plus Dane’s members - Plus Dane Housing Group, CDS Housing Association, The Dane Housing Group, Greater Hornby Housing Association and New Generation Housing Association - have housing stock in Cheshire, Staffordshire, Merseyside and Lancashire.

Contractors have until 19 November to submit pre-qualification questionnaires.
