Sentinel Housing Association is inviting contractors to bid for its four year £50 million development and regeneration framework covering design and build projects across southern England.

As many as eight firms could be appointed to the framework, which will cover projects in Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, West Sussex, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

The framework is expected to provide between two and five projects annually. Projects will range in build cost from £480,000 (6 unit development) to £40m (500 units).

The deadline for submission of pre-qualification questionnaires is 4 May.

Between seven and 16 contractors will be invited to tender for the framework on 11 June.
