Bristol £14m hospital redevelopment out to tender

NHS South Gloucestershire is inviting bids for a two year £14 million contract to redevelop Cossham Hospital in Bristol.

The project includes refurbishment and alteration of an existing Grade II listed building over four storeys as well as construction of a new two storey extension.

In addition to this the contract includes the refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed Stableblock to form a new 24 Station Renal Dialysis Unit.

Firms have until 13 July to submit pre-qualification questionnaires.

Between five and six contractors will be invited to tender on 7 September.
