Contractors called for £100m City of London roads framework

The City of London Corporation is seeking highways contractors to carry out £100 million of work on its road network.

The work is split into two lots, the first covering highways and drainage maintenance, the second predominantly section 106 works.

Between six and 12 contractors will be invited to tender for the framework, which will last five years with a possible five year extension. 

Requests to participate should be sent by 20 June 2011.

Invitations to tender will follow on the 27 June.
